The Coatinggap Maxicoater is a state-of-the-art coating system designed for a wide range of functional coating applications. Its slot-die head enables precise coatings on a variety of materials. An air dryer is integrated as an extension. This can be replaced with UV or IR drying, or upgraded to meet specific requirements.

The standard vacuum table flatness of 0.01mm ensures a uniform coating, while a table flatness of up to 0.002mm can be achieved in granite with air bearings upon customer request.

The Maxicoater's versatile configuration options make it an extremely flexible tool for various applications. It is available with slot-die, doctor blade, screen-printing, and roll coating options in different sizes, materials, and flatness levels. Additionally, the slot-die head can be rotated 180 degrees for cleaning and ventilation.
